Shipping policy

Information for Digital Copy:

All the digital worksheet files need to be download through the link after payment or email. Once the file has been downloaded, you may choose to print the worksheets or complete them on an iPad or tablet. (Maximum 3 downloads for each file) No Physical Shipping involved.

Information for Hard Copy:

1. Printing & Packaging Quality: These sets are printed in-house using an ordinary Epson inkjet printer and are simply stapled together (no professional book binding). If you prefer crisp, high-resolution laser printing or want to bind the pages yourself, we highly recommend purchasing our $7 Digital PDF version instead!

2. Processing Time: We will pack and arrange for courier pickup within 3 working days after your order is placed.

3. Delivery Time and Tracking: Once your order is processed, we will automatically email the delivery tracking number straight to you so you can follow the delivery. Once collected, standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, depending on peak seasons.
